Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

• You can try EaseLearn AI for free. No card is required to start.
• You can cancel a paid plan at any time, from your account settings.
• There is no contract and no lock-in period.
• Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund the period you are already in — you keep access until that period ends.

Our plans

EaseLearn AI has a free tier and two paid plans, billed in Indian Rupees. Current prices are always shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until you cancel.

Applicable taxes are charged in addition to the plan price, and a tax invoice is issued for each payment.

How to cancel

Cancel from your account settings inside the app at any time. You do not need to contact us, and you will not be asked to speak to anyone to cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, your plan stays active and you keep the features you paid for. After that, your account reverts to the free tier — it is not deleted, and your study history remains available to you.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except where a refund is required by law or where we decide to issue one at our discretion.

We will refund you where something went wrong on our side. In particular, write to us if:

• you were charged more than once for the same billing period;
• you were charged after cancelling, or charged an amount that does not match the plan shown on the pricing page;
• money left your account but the plan was never activated (this happens occasionally with failed UPI payments);
• a parent or guardian did not authorise a payment made from their account.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once we process a refund, the money typically reaches your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.

For parents and guardians

Most of our users are school students. If a payment was made by a student without the account holder's permission, contact us and we will look into it and reverse the charge where appropriate. Subscriptions for a user under 18 should be taken out and paid for by a parent or guardian.

Contact us about a payment

Email support@easelearnai.in with the registered email address on the account, the amount, and the date of the payment. We aim to acknowledge refund and billing queries within 2 working days, and to resolve them within 15 days of receipt.
